ITO, a mixture of indium oxide and tin oxide, is typically used as a transparent conductive film for FPDs. We employ our proprietary SV sputtering process in the production of transparent conductive film substrates made of ITO. This unique process enables us to produce thin film products with excellent transparency and good resistance to heat and wear.
