Sanyo Vacuum's ITO film is excellently compatibility with the Ag paste printing method.

Sheet coatings are also available.

Capacitive Touch Panel Crystallized ITO Film (SV-CITO)

Crystalised ITO was formed during the coating process and outline annealing process is unnecessarily for requiring low resistive ITO coating.

Metal coating could be formed on the ITO with good adhesive condition.

And during the metal etching process, the ITO that resists etchant is also under good condition for selective etching solution.

Sheet coatings are also available.
