Since its establishment in 1963, Sanyo Vacuum Industries has always been aware of the vast potential of vacuum technology and has remained committed to developing highly functional thin film technologies. This approach has enabled us to develop SV sputtering technology, an industry first, and produce large, low-resistance ITO films (transparent conductive films).
As a technology that has enabled mass-production of thin film products of higher added value, SV sputtering technology has earned the confidence of users in a variety of industries.
We are also committed to quality control. Hiroshima Sanyo Vacuum Co., Ltd. and our Mie Factory have already acquired certification of ISO 9001 registration, and all our factories have implemented comprehensive quality control initiatives. With the goal of continued corporate development, we will broaden our scope in order to expand our contribution to society.
